In Kate's Hummingbird Art and Wildlife Impressions attention is paid to detail, color, proportion, and balance. Each painted Hummingbird, Buffalo and other animals tells a story about determination, movement, history, or struggle in the environment in which each animal finds itself; and Kate uses color (for example, the Buffalo) to assist in that endeavor.
